Description: A panel of experts discusses the UNCITRAL Practice Guide to the Model Law on Secured Transactions adopted by the Commission in July 2019. The Practice Guide explains the key features and benefits of the Model Law and provides step-by-step explanations on how to use movable assets as security for financing purposes.
