Chair: Anselmo Reyes. Panelists: Albert Chen, Johannes Chan, Eric Cheung, Ronny Tong SC and Simon Young. Description: The occupy movement has raised myriads of questions about the rule of law. In the forum, speakers will explore recent controversies about civil disobedience, the NPCSC decision of 31 August 2014, civic nomination and non-compliance with the injunctions.
